Walk-through CoffeeB Experience World for Events and Roadshows

For CoffeeB, a mobile brand activation featuring a walk-in XXL installation was created. The centerpiece of the concept was a bubble tent that spatially interpreted the Coffee Ball and allowed visitors to immerse themselves directly in the brand world. The installation was designed as an eye-catching experiential space for events and promotional locations. The implementation included concept development, production, as well as on-site setup and dismantling.

The initial idea was to make the Coffee Ball experienceable as a walk-in brand world. For this purpose, a bubble tent was developed that spatially interprets the product’s distinctive shape and serves as the central experiential area. From the very beginning of the concept phase, the focus was placed on impact, recognizability, and physical brand staging.

Development & Implementation:

The installation was realized as a fully walk-in brand world and produced for use at events and activations.

Production:

  • 3×3 m back wall showcasing the entire CoffeeB product range, featuring custom cut-outs and LED spots for each variety

The interior build-out was specifically tailored to the spatial staging of the Coffee Ball and implemented as a standalone brand experience setup.

The installation was designed for use at various event and promotion locations and deployed at high-frequency venues.

The activation demonstrates how brand worlds can be made directly tangible through spatial staging. With the walk-in Coffee Ball, an eye-catching event format was created that combines product presentation, visitor interaction, and brand presence. Through repeated use at high-frequency locations, CoffeeB established a visible presence in public spaces and was presented as an experiential brand.
